Is there any insertion fee for posting a print job on Buy Sell Print?
Zero! Buy Sell Print does not charge for posting a job irrespective if it’s a weekly, monthly or a one off print job.
I’m new to Buy Sell Print. How do I post a job?
Select post job from the top menu bar to start your next print job on Buy Sell Print.
What kind of print jobs can I post on Buy Sell Print?
Pretty much anything and everything that relates to print – Buy Sell Print does not apply any restriction to the quantity or the type of product posted on the site.

In the event you are unable to find a product you require a quote for, use the ‘Custom Product’ to post a job.
Is there a limit to the number of jobs I can post on the site?
Go crazy! Post as many jobs as you like on Buy Sell Print.
How can I post a job on Buy Sell Print if I don’t know what the specifications of my required product are?
When posting a job, pick the specifications from the drop down menus to the best of your ability or select ‘Other’ and type ‘printer to recommend’ in the text field that appears below. If you’re still unsure of what to do, please contact our online help desk for further assistance.
I have a job that consists of various quantities and specifications. Will I have to post a separate job for each one?
Yes, you will have to post a separate job for each of the varying quantities and specifications. Although we do understand that this may be time consuming if the job is a large one, so to make this easier for you, all you have to do is contact our online help desk, provide us with the details and we’ll post it for you.
I just posted a job on the site. Why can’t I see it in the main job list?
Each job posted on Buy Sell Print goes through a vetting process to ensure the buyer is genuine and the specification posted is easily understood by potential suppliers. Until this process is complete your job will not be visible to suppliers.
Can I edit a job once it has been posted?
No. A job cannot be changed once it has been posted. If such an instance does occur, please contact our online help desk and we’ll have it done for you.
I only want to accept print quotes from vendors in my country. Can this be done?
Yes. This is one of the many options that you may control when posting your print job.
Can I ask for a sample before I award my job through Buy Sell Print to a supplier?
Yes, samples can be requested only on confirmation of your awarded supplier.
In my account settings, there is an option to verify my account. What is this?
Everyone enjoys the comfort factor of working with someone who has been through a vetting process. Buy Sell Print helps in this area by verifying accounts of those members who have requested this service.
How do I get rated on BSP?
On completing a deal i.e. production & payment, the buyer and supplier will have the ability to leave feedback against the others profile. This will count towards your overall rating and will be visible to other Buy Sell Print members.
How can I view the bids for a particular job that I posted?
Sign in to your account dashboard and visit the ‘Buying’ section. From there, select the job you wish to see bids for and click ‘View Bids’.
I want to award my job to a print supplier I have a quote from. How do I do this?
A job can be awarded at any time even whilst listed on the site. Sign in to your account dashboard and select the job from the ‘Buying’ section. Then compare the quotes you’ve received, initiate contact to agree payment terms and finally award the job to your preferred supplier when you’re satisfied!
Am I able to communicate with suppliers before awarding a job?
Yes! As soon as the print quotes start flying in, you are able to communicate with the supplier via your BSP mailbox.
Please note that it is highly recommended to keep all form of communication within BSP to assist in resolving any future disputes should the need arise.
Why can’t I share my contact details with the supplier?
Details of the supplier are not revealed until the job is awarded to ensure the process is clean and transparent.
How are funds transferred to my supplier?
It depends entirely upon your agreement with the print supplier though you must avoid sending any form of payment that will be hard to trace. We recommend using PayPal for a fast, easy and secure transaction.
I just awarded a job. How will the supplier know and when will they contact me?
As soon as a job is awarded, your chosen print supplier is sent an email with your contact details to open up a channel of communication to arrange artwork transfer, deposit etc. You too are able to view their contact information via the ‘Jobs Awarded’ section should you wish to contact them first.

I want to quote a job on Buy Sell Print. How do I do this?
Simply click on place bid which can be found on the top right corner throughout the site to bid on a job, though you will need to register with us if you’re not already a member.
How many bids does a job allow?
This is set by the buyer & varies from job to job and buyer to buyer.
Is there a limit to the number of bids I can post?
No. There isn’t any limit to the number of jobs you can bid on.
How do I become a supplier on Buy Sell Print?
Simply register on the site to become a print supplier today and start bidding on jobs immediately.
How can I view all job requests on Buy Sell Print?
View all active jobs by selecting place bid from the top right corner anywhere on the site.
Can I bid on jobs outside my region?
Initially the site did not entertain this option but driven by a lot of member demand the site has been restructured to allow you to quote on jobs from any region as long as the buyer has set this option in their preferences.
When placing a bid, does the price include or exclude shipping charges?
Two separate areas exist for bid entry, one for the actual production and the other for shipping. The first value you enter should be entered without the shipping cost.
Can I ask for a deposit before I start working on the job?
As a print supplier you should keep this factor in mind whilst you are negotiating the payment mode just as you would most likely do with a new customer placing an order over the phone or email.
Can I contact the buyer directly with my bid?
No. It is against company policy to contact the buyer directly with your bid outside of Buy Sell Print dot com. If you do come across an instance where another member contacts you outside the site please report this violation of terms to our online help desk or write to abuse@buysellprint.com.
Why is a job accepting bids when it says time left 0 days, 0 hours etc?
Depending upon the Print Buyers preferences, a job can remain in the live jobs list for up to 7 days after the time has expired to accept last minute bids but please note that it is only valid until the maximum bid count has been reached.
We specialize in providing business cards, flyers and promotional brochures etc. How will I be informed of such a job?
Please refer to your account preferences to set your notification parameters. Typically Buy Sell Print will send you an update thrice a week.

I am a Print Buyer and Supplier. Will I require separate logins for each kind?

View the various deals and when you are ready to avail an offer, contact the supplier and place your order. The supplier will then receive an email with your contact details and will then get in touch with you to proceed further.

It is completely free to post a deal on Buy Sell Print as a standard listing which is completely free whereas premium listings cost a fee.
I’m new to Buy Sell Print. How can I post my deal on the site?
Register on the site if you’re not already a member and from the top menu bar and select: Sell > Place Offer.
What kind of deals can I list on Buy Sell Print?
You can list pretty much anything and everything. Buy Sell Print does not apply any restriction to the type of deals posted on the site.

No limit whatsoever. Post as many deals as you like and promote your products and designs to buyers from all over the world.

How does the buyer make payment?
Buyers can make payments through PayPal or any major credit card company as long as the money is traceable.
Will Buy Sell Print deduct a final value fee when a buyer purchases my deal?
No. The money you make from what you sell is all yours. Enjoy it!

On the purchase of an offer, an instant email will be sent out to you confirming the details of the buyer as well as the order.
